Dr. Brad Hambric, Ed.D., LPC, joined the Georgia Athletic Association as a Mental Health and Performance Clinician in 2018.
Prior to joining the Georgia Athletic Association, Brad worked in the school setting as a school counselor. He spent numerous years doing community mental health and also owned and operated his own private practice.
A native of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Brad attended Wingate University as a student-athlete, lettering in Football, while earning his bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Brad received his Master of Arts in Education, with a concentration in Counseling, from North Carolina Central University and completed his Doctorate of Education in Sports and Performance Psychology at the University of Western States.
Dr. Brad Hambric is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, National Certified Counselor, Board Certified-TeleMental Health Provider, School Counselor, and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist –Associate within the states of North Carolina and Georgia.
Brad and Wife Patronella Hambric have two daughters, Melanie 10 and Bella 6.
