Fiery Freshmen
Georgia's freshman class came out and shined on Thursday evening against Presbyterian. After scoring two goals, forward Danielle Lewin is tied for fourth in overall scoring and is tied for second in goals by freshman in the NCAA. Forward Rebecca Womer played a season high of 34 minutes, dished out two shots and assisted Lewin's second goal. Finally, forward Faith Ferrer made her third appearance and scored in the 83rd minute.

Junior midfielder Mallie McKenzie scored her first career goal on Thursday night. Intended as a cross, the ball connected in the left side of the net. Having been a key player in the midfield for the Bulldogs since her freshman year, she has appeared 41 times with 23 starts.
Putting Up Numbers
Through seven matches, Georgia ranks first in the nation with 32 goals. The 32 goals mark the most in program history through seven matches, topping the 23 tallied in 2000. With 4.57 goals per game, the Georgia offense ranks second in the NCAA and first in the SEC.
Palmetto Pattern
Sunday's match is the fourth-consecutive meeting between Georgia and a school from neighboring South Carolina. This is the first four-game stretch against schools from the same state.
