This is the fourth shutout victory of the season for Georgia goalkeeper, Louise Hogrell, putting her at fifth in the Georgia record books for career shutouts with 14.

"We've been doing a lot of things pretty well up to now but we haven't gotten the results, and today it seemed like all the pieces came together," Georgia head coach Billy Lesesne said. "I'm really proud of the seniors over the past couple of days because in training they've talked about not wanting their season to end and today in this game they put their words into actions."

Georgia came out on the attack, controlling the ball and owning possession for a majority of the game.

The Bulldogs scored in the 12th minute of play after Kelsey Killean broke free in a 1-v-1 with the goalkeeper and found the back of the net, marking her fourth goal of the season.

Georgia kept Ole Miss off the shot chart through the first 27 minutes of play and carried the 1-0 lead through the first half.

Georgia had quality looks on goal to extend its lead, including a great play in the 64th minute by Killean who fed the ball to Crowder and booted the ball just wide of the net on the finish.

Georgia dominated on corner kicks having eight to Ole Miss' three. The Bulldogs were able to capitalize on the corners enabling them to get into scoring position.

Crowder capitalized on her attempt in the 74th minute as she fired the ball from the top of the box off of a corner kick from Lauren Tanner to make Georgia's lead 2-0.

Ten minutes later, with six minutes remaining in the contest, Caroline Waters found Alexa Antetomaso's head to seal a 3-0 victory for the Bulldogs.

Georgia held Ole Miss to eight shots on the night, including four on goal, while the Bulldogs fired 21 shots, with ten on target.

Georgia returns to action on Sunday in the home finale against Missouri. The game will be broadcast live on the SEC Network with a start time of 4 p.m. Georgia will honor its eight seniors prior to the match.
