ATHENS, Ga. -- Former Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Oakland Raiders head coach and current ESPN and ABC NFL analyst Jon Gruden will be the featured speaker at the 2013 University of Georgia Spring Football coaches' clinic scheduled for Thursday, March 28 and Friday, March 29.

The event, held at the Butts-Mehre Building, will feature championship coaches from across the state including Keith Maloof and his staff from AAAAAA State Champion Norcross High School; Bruce Miller, Gainesville High School AAAAA State Champions; Chip Walker, Sandy Creek High School, AAAA State Champions; Jess Simpson, Buford High School, AAA State Champions; T. McFerrin, former coach at AA State Champions Jefferson High School; Chris Kearson, Emanuel County Institute, Class A Public State Champions; and Jonathan Gess, Eagles Landing Chrisitan, Class A Private State Champions.

Coaches attending the clinic will also have the opportunity to participate in break out sessions with the Georgia coaching staff, meet with former Bulldog and current Minnesota Vikings All-Pro kicker Blair Walsh and former NFL Special Teams Coach of the Year Mike Stock. Coaches will also have the opportunity to watch two Georgia practices up close as the Bulldogs prepare for the April 6 G-Day Game at Sanford Stadium.

Pre-registration fee is $45:00, while at the door it is $50:00. The fee includes all clinic lectures, clinic gifts and UGA Drill DVD, athletic equipment displays, Thursday night dinner, Friday FCA breakfast, and Friday lunch.

Gruden became the youngest head coach ever to win a Super Bowl when his Tampa Bay defeated Oakland 48-21 in Super Bowl XXXVII. Gruden was hired by ESPN in 2009 and currently fronts the popular Jon Gruden's QB Camp while serving as an analyst on Monday Night Football. In 11 years as an NFL head coach, Gurden secured five division championships including his Super Bowl winning team of 2002.
