2013: Outdoor - Was the top collegiate finisher (second overall) in the 5000 Invitational at the War Eagle Invite after completing his laps in 14:54.78.

2012: Outdoor - Took seventh in the 10,000-meter run after crossing the finish line in 30:31.44 at the SEC Championships...Finished seventh in the 5000 (14:47.03) at the Florida Relays.

2012: Indoor - Took fourth in the 3000-meter run (8:27.10) at the Kentucky Invitational...Moved into the school's all-time top-10 list in the 5000 with a 14:35.08 to take ninth while also finishing 13th in the 3000 (8:26.87) at the SEC Championships.

2011: Cross Country - Was fifth at the Georgia Invitational after crossing the 8k finish line in 25:15.68...Was 85th (25:19) to score for the Bulldogs at the Notre Dame Invitational...Finished 116th (24:53.9) at the Wisconsin Invitational to be the third Georgia runner across the finish line...Scored for the first time at the SEC Championships after taking 18th (24:52.86)...Returned to Athens with All-Region honors after taking 21st (31:47.9) at the NCAA South Regionals...Was the second Bulldog across the finish line at the NCAA Championships with a 187th-place finish (31:35.5).

2011: Outdoor - Earned runner-up honors in the 5000 (14:42.04) at the Georgia Intercollegiate Invitational.

2011: Indoor - Redshirted for the Bulldogs.

2010: Cross Country - Took fifth overall at the 8K Georgia Cross Country Invitational after crossing the finish line in 24:52.21...Took 41st at the SEC Championships after registering a time of 25:49.55.

2010: Indoor - Finished 16th at his first SEC Championships after clocking an 8:27.12 in the 3000-meter run.

2009: Cross Country - Scored for the Bulldogs during his debut after taking fifth at the 8K Georgia-Georgia Tech Dual Meet with a time of 26:05...Ran his second meet for Georgia and finished 134th (25:51) at the Notre Dame Invitational...Finished 41st (26:27.88) at the 8K SEC Championships during his first trip to the meet...Was 61st (32:37.26) at his first 10K NCAA South Regionals.

High School: Ran on Parkview teams that won two GHSA state cross country titles and one state track title...Finished as the Region 8 5A cross country champion and runner-up in the GHSA 5A cross country state meet as a senior...Named 2008 Gwinnett Daily Post Runner of the Year...Earned a spot on the 2007 and 2008 Atlanta Track Club All-Metro Team, 2007 and 2008 All-Gwinnett Team as well as the 2008 Team Georgia...Ran track for the first time during his senior year and finished as the runner-up in both the GHSA 5A state 1600-meter run and the 3200...Personal bests of 15:46 (5K), 4:19 (1600) and 9:20 (3200)...Holds the Parkview school record for the 3200...Lettered in soccer three years...Graduated with a 3.97 GPA.
