Bryan-College Station, Texas — Down by eight in the fourth quarter, Texas A&M stormed back to defeat the Georgia Lady Bulldog basketball team, 68-63, Thursday at Reed Arena. 

Fast Facts

• Freshman Miyah Verse recorded her second career double-double with 11 points and 17 rebounds. 

• It was an even first-half as the score was knotted 14-all at the end of the first quarter and 30-all at the half. 

• The Lady Bulldogs went on a 6-0 run early in the second half to take a 39-35 advantage with 3:47 left in the third frame. 

• Georgia built a 58-50 lead late in the fourth game, but Texas A&M went on an 18-5 run to close the game.
