All ticket information for the University of Georgia Athletic Association may be obtained by visiting the UGA Ticket Office homepage, by calling the ticket office at 706-542-1231 or toll free at 1-877-542-1231 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Any artificial noisemakers (air horns, cowbells, etc.) are not permitted in Stegeman Coliseum. Be considerate and allow your neighbor to enjoy the game. Please keep portable radios at a low volume.
ATMs are located behind section N on the main concourse.
Signs, banners, pictures, etc. that are offensive, not in good taste, block the view of spectators, or create a safety hazard will not be allowed. The hanging or displaying of signs on Coliseum walls or seats is prohibited as a safety precaution. Any special banner requests must be made to the Marketing/Promotions office, 542-7954, at least 24 hours prior to the event.
Still photography is permitted at UGA Athletic events provided a flash is not used. Video Cameras are strictly prohibited for non-media guests. Cameras with removable lenses are also prohibited. Any image taken within Stegeman Coliseum must be accompanied by written consent from the University of Georgia Athletic Association before any commercial use.
Guests, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket before entering Stegeman Coliseum.
The competition area shall be limited to participating student-athletes, coaches, officials, support personnel, and properly-credentialed individuals at all times. For the safety of participants and spectators alike, at no time before, during, or after a contest shall spectators be permitted to enter the competition area. Penalties shall include, but not be limited to, expulsion from the facility and the loss of future ticket privileges.
The concession stands and merchandise stands inside Stegeman Coliseum honor Visa andMasterCard credit cards.
Disabled spectator drop-off is located in the handicapped area off of Smith St., in front of Ticket Booths #1 and #2. Please have your handicap parking sticker or hangtag available to show the parking attendant at the gate. Handicapped parking is available in the Hoke-Smith Annex Parking Lot, located off of Smith St. across from the football practice fields. Disabled seating is available in Sections A, B, C, L, N, V, W, X, and Y for handicapped patrons and one companion.
Doors open 1 ½ hours prior to the start of gymnastics meets and 1 hours prior to the start of basketball games, allowing fans to get to their seats in time for warm-ups.
The Bulldogs want to provide all coaches, student-athletes, staff, and guests with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere. Consequently, the University of Georgia, the Southeastern Conference, and the NCAA do not condone or tolerate foul or abusive language, obscene or indecent clothing, or other inconsiderate and disruptive behavior. Guests who do not adhere to the policies of the Athletic Association are subject to ejection without refund. Please contact your nearest usher to report such behavior.
First Aid is available on the main concourse near section N.
There are concession stands located throughout the Stegeman Coliseum concourse. No food or beverages will be allowed to enter Stegeman Coliseum from outside.
Lost and Found
To report or claim any lost items, please locate the nearest usher or security personnel. To check for any lost items after an event, contact the Event Management Office 706-542-7944 with a description of the item. Items left more than 30 days will be donated to charity.
Guests can find merchandise stands throughout the Stegeman Coliseum concourse. Bulldog basketball and gymnastics merchandise can also be found by visiting the goergiadogs.com website.
General parking is available around campus on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserved parking lots are:
- Coverdell Center parking lot (Men's Basketball, Gymnastics)
- Hoke-Smith Annex parking lot (Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, Gymnastics)
- McPhaul Center parking lot (Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, Gymnastics)
Complimentary programs will be handed out to fans as they enter Stegeman Coliseum for all events, while supplies last.
For your comfort and safety at Stegeman Coliseum, we ask you not bring the following into the building to ensure the best atmosphere for all who attend our games:
- Illegal Substances
- Horns or Noisemakers
- Backpacks & Duffle Bags
- Food or Beverages
- Coolers, Cans, Bottles
- Video Cameras
- Cameras with removable lens
- Artificial Noisemakers
- Items deemed hazardous by Event Staff
All jackets and bags will be searched upon entry. Stadium security has the right to inspect any item at any time for the purpose of spectator safety. UGA Athletic Association management reserves the right to make the final determination on prohibited items. In the event that prohibited items are revealed in a search, guests will be asked to dispose of the items or return them to their cars before re-entering the building.
The University of Georgia Athletic Assoc. and the Southeastern Conference prohibits the throwing of items on to the floor. Incidents may result in the home team receiving a technical foul in basketball and the offender being ejected from the building.
No re-entry is permitted at any gate. If an individual leaves the Coliseum, a new ticket is needed to be re-admitted.
Stegeman Coliseum offers restrooms throughout the building. All restrooms are handicapped accessible and equipped with baby changing stations.
There are no public telephones inside Stegeman Coliseum.
Stegeman Coliseum is a smoke-free facility and the use of all tobacco products are prohibited inside the Coliseum.
Bagged umbrellas will be allowed inside Stegeman Coliseum.
Prepaid reservations and other tickets can be picked up at the Will Call window is located at Ticket Booth #3. The Will Call gate will open at the same time the doors open (1½ hours prior for gymnastics, and 1 hour prior for basketball.) A photo ID is required to pick-up tickets.
