ATHENS, Ga---Former Georgia men's tennis player Will Reynolds has joined the women's tennis staff as a volunteer coach, head coach Jeff Wallace announced Tuesday.

"We're excited to have Will working with us while he is in graduate school," said head coach Jeff Wallace. "He has already added a lot to the program with his experience as a former lettermen with the men's team and being a part of the Student-Athlete Leadership Academy."

Reynolds played for the Bulldogs from 2009 to 2012 while earning a bachelor of arts in communication studies. Reynolds was named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll in 2012, and was twice named to the SEC Honor Roll.

Reynolds was part of the 2011-2012 L.E.A.D (Leadership Education and Development) class at UGA for student-athletes. Participants are chosen based on academic and athletic success, leadership, campus and community service involvement, and recommendations of head coaches and academic counselors.

"I'm looking forward to getting to work with Jeff and Drake, as well as continuing to represent the University of Georgia," Reynolds said. "I've already learned a lot and look forward to helping this team continue to move in the right direction. It's going to be a great year."

Reynolds is currently pursuing his Master's of Arts in Teaching (MAT) in Social Studies Education and resides in Athens with his wife, Ashley.
