Georgia will play on Sunday 1 p.m. vs. Auburn

ATHENS, Ga.—The No. 8 Georgia women’s tennis team took home the March crown in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Attendance Race.
In March, Georgia played in front of nearly 2,500 spectators in six home matches. The Bulldogs average attendance of 360 fans also ranked first on the women’s side. The Dan Magill Tennis Complex and the Lindsey Hopkins Indoor Courts also hosted three of the five most attended matches (Florida, Texas A&M, Missouri) in the country during the month of March.
Georgia went a perfect 6-0 in March at home, knocking off three Top-10 opponents. On the year, Georgia leads the nation in total attendance with 4,432.
TCU took home the March honors on the men’s side, with Georgia finishing a close second.
The ITA Attendance Race spans the entire season, with monthly winners being announced in April and May before overall winners are released in June.
Georgia will close out the regular season Sunday afternoon against Auburn at 1 p.m. Georgia's three seniors--Kate Fuller, Lilly Kimbell, Maho Kowase--will be recognized prior to the match during Senior Day festivities. All matches are held at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex and admission is free.
