In the team win, Georgia took a 7-0 victory, blanking the Tigers on Saturday night at the Lindsey Hopkins Indoor Courts. The dominant victory came in the final match before the team heads north for the ITA Team Indoor Championship.


Bulldogs Punch Ticket to Indoor Championship

Another dominant performance from the fourth-ranked Georgia women's tennis team allowed the Bulldogs to clinch a spot in the ITA National Team Indoor Championship for the 27th time in 29 seasons. The tournament will take place from Feb. 5 to Feb. 8 and will be played on the campus of the University of Wisconsin.

Brinson Crowned Southeast Regional Champ

After having already defeated three ranked opponents in the last two days, junior Caroline Brinson, the 72nd-ranked player nationally, capped a tremendous tournament with a 6-7, 6-0, 6-4 victory over sixth-ranked Stephanie Wagner of Miami to claim the USTA/ITA Southeast Regional singles crown.
