BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – University of Georgia seniors Alisa Goler, Taylor Schlopy and Megan Wiggins were selected to the Preseason All-Southeastern Conference softball team according to an announcement made by the league on Wednesday.
The 2011 season marks the fourth year in which the SEC has released a preseason team, and this marks the first year in which Georgia has had three players selected to the team. Last year, Goler and Schlopy became the first Bulldogs to earn a spot a preseason All-SEC squad.
