Gymdogs Conclude Season at NCAA Semis

Senior Rachel Schick and freshman Rachel Dickson earned NCAA All-America honors as the Georgia gymnastics team (15-15) closed out its season with a sixth-place finish in the second semifinal session of the NCAA Championships at Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis.


Gymdogs Claim Berth to NCAA Championship

The Georgia gymnastics team (15-10) punched its ticket to St. Louis, Missouri for the NCAA Gymnastics Championship with a second-place finish in the Gainesville regional on Saturday afternoon.


Gymdogs Top No. 5 Utah on Senior Night

The seventh-ranked Georgia gymnastics team (7-6) topped No. 5 Utah (10-2) by a final score of 197.250-196.650 to top off Senior Day festivities on Saturday at Stegeman Coliseum.

2017 (Senior)

Earned Second Team All-America honors with a 9.9 in her final routine of her career, on bars at the NCAA Semifinals...SEC Winter Honor Roll member...SEC Specialist of the Week on Jan. 17 after a two-meet weekend that featured three career highs and three event titles in four routines for Schick... Competed on bars in 13 meets and beam in 12 meets...Won four event titles, two on bars and two on beam...Season highs of 9.925 on bars and 9.925 on beam...Had arguably the best meet of her career with a pair of career-high 9.925s in the home opener against NC State...Selected to participate in the L.E.A.D. leadership program at UGA...Recipient of the Gymnastics Fans Scholarship Endowment.

Trained at Charter Oak Gymnastics in Covina, Calif., under Beth Kline-Rybacki and Stephen Rybacki ... won floor at 2011 San Diego Classic, and placed first on vault at the WOGA Classic ... at 2011 State Championships, won beam, was second in the all-around, third vault and floor ... at 2011 regionals, finished third on vault, fourth on bars, beam and all-around ... placed fifth on vault, eighth on bars and eleventh in all-around at 2011 J.O. Nationals ... won vault at 2010 State Championships and was second beam and finished fourth in the all-around.
