Athens, Ga. -- Mallory Hetzel and Taylor Leon, a pair of two-time American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) All-Americans ranked among the nation's top-15 juniors, have signed national letters of intent to attend the University of Georgia, Lady Bulldog coach Todd McCorkle announced on Friday.

Hetzel, a native of Summerville, S.C., was a first-team All-America in 2004 after earning honorable mention recognition in 2002. Leon, a native of Dallas, Texas, who attends the prestigious David Ledbetter Academy in Bradenton, Fla., was a second-team selection in both 2003 and 2004.

"We're very excited to have two players of this caliber join our program," McCorkle said. "Both Mallory and Taylor have played extensively in junior tournaments all over the country, and they've been extremely successful. They bring a wealth of tournament experience to our team, and I expect both of them to come in and play immediately next year."
