Rocio Sanchez Lobato enjoyed an impressive collegiate debut this week, shooting 5-under to lead Georgia and finish sixth overall at the Cougar Classic, an even which featured nine teams in the top 20 of the NGCA/Golf World preseason coaches poll. Sanchez Lobato enjoyed a very strong summer season before arriving in Athens. She finished third at the Spanish Am and helped lead Spain to a runner-up showing at the European Team Championships.
