ATHENS, Ga. – The Georgia equestrian team maintained its No. 6 ranking according to the latest NCEA poll released today. The Bulldogs own an overall record of 7-2 this season, including a 3-1 mark in Southeastern Conference action. Georgia is one of four SEC schools ranked in the poll. 

The Bulldogs have started the spring schedule strong, posting three-straight wins. Georgia started the spring with a dominating 17-3 win over Delaware State, followed by a 9-9 (1,525.5-1,502) win over UT-Martin. Last weekend, the Bulldogs took a 10-9 decision at Texas A&M. Each of the three wins this spring has come on the road. 

Georgia welcomes top-ranked South Carolina to the UGA Equestrian Center in Bishop, Ga., Saturday, Feb. 8 at 2 p.m.
