BISHOP, Ga. - The Red Team took a 10-4 win over the Black Team in the Red and Black Scrimmage at the UGA Equestrian Complex in Bishop, Ga., on Friday, Sept. 20. Picking up MOP honors for the Red Team was Madi Clark in Equitation on the Flat and Claudia Spreng in Reining. Alyssa Mansfield and Jane Sutcliff won MOP honors for the Black Team, as Mansfield won the honor in Equitation Over Fences and Sutcliff was awarded the honor in Horsemanship.

"Today was very successful," Head Coach Meghan Boenig said. "I saw a lot of great rides and competitors that were ready to perform. Now that the riders know what the competition is going to be like, they have to make competition routine. They have to know how to practice, know how to prepare mentally and know how to compete, which is why today was so important."
