Georgia faces Arkansas (again) and welcomes the Mississippi schools to Athens
The Georgia men's tennis team will have a trio of matches this week to conclude its current home stand. The Bulldogs hope to finish a match that began March 14 against Arkansas. The originally scheduled match started over two hours late due to inclement weather and was postponed when rains began to fall again. The two teams had played about 40 minutes and were deep in the first set of the six singles matches before being suspended. Georgia was either up a break or on serve in all six singles matches. Action will get underway at 2 p.m. Arkansas enters the match with an 11-7 record overall and a 2-4 mark in the SEC. While three Razorbacks have seen action at the No. 1 singles spot, senior Alekey Bubis has played in the top spot in Arkansas' last three conference matches. Fellow senior Eduardo Pacheco leads the team with 20 singles wins this season. The Bulldogs hold a 14-1 record all-time against the Razorbacks, including a 5-2 road win last year.
