Georgia
Junior Lauren Herring
On today's match...
"I felt like the whole match was all about getting that break. It was really important for us to get the initial break against Flickinger. I felt like these last couple of days we've both been serving well and handling our serve. Today I lost my serve once, but even in that game, we were in it. Once we get the break, we have more momentum and the match goes more our way."

On playing at home...
"When you first start the tournament, you don't think this far ahead. Now that we are actually here, it's really cool. It's awesome to be at home. We have the best fans. Its awesome out here."

Senior Maho Kowase
On today's match...
"It was longer (than yesterday). They played really well, but we played really well. We're in the final, so I'm very happy."

Head Coach Jeff Wallace
On today's match...
"
I thought we came out and got the lead in the first set and were playing fantastic. But it's NCAAs so you know you're playing some good servers and big hitters and its going to turn into an exciting match. The second set was super exciting. It was great to get that late break and serve it out. It was high-level tennis form both teams. It was a lot of fun. Our girls are loose and really enjoying this ride."

Alabama
Sophomore Maya Jansen
On advancing to the NCAA Championship match...
"It feels amazing. We had a really tough match in three sets, but it feels good to pull it out and get a victory on to the finals."

On facing Georgia tomorrow...
"We know it's going to be a really tough match. We've played them twice this year, once here and once at SEC's, and we know they are both really good players. They are obviously really great doubles players making it to the finals, so we are expecting a really tough match."

Freshman Erin Routliffe
On advancing to the NCAA Championship match...
"It feels so good. Maya and I are playing really well right now, and also it's an amazing feeling since I'm just a freshman. It's beyond anything that I ever imagined."

On facing Georgia tomorrow…
"We don't really have expectations, we are just going to go in there and play our game. They're both really good players, really good doubles players obviously, and they're going to be on their home court, but we are going to try and play our game."

Ohio State
Senior Peter Kobelt
On today's match...
"Oklahoma State is a good team. They're top 15 in the country and they've been playing some good tennis. We got some good notes on them to help us out, though. I think we were a little nervous at the beginning though since we were playing for a spot in the National Championship match. I think we were able to shake those nerves off. They broke us back late in the first set to get back on serve but we were still pretty confident in the way that we were playing and were able to put together a pretty nice tiebreaker and come away with the first set. I think that gave us a lot of momentum."

On the significance of making the National Championship match...
"It's a chance to do something special. Two years ago Chase Buchanan and Blaz Rola won the National Title for Ohio State in doubles. Last year Blaz Rola won the singles title so it would be pretty neat to have three national titles in a row come out of Ohio State. For us it's just about playing our game and holding our serve to give each other a chance. If we do come out on top, great. If we don't, it's been a great year. All we can do is go out there and give it our best."

Junior Kevin Metka
On today's match...
"I thought it was a battle of two great teams. All four of us are pretty big servers so we knew it was going to come down to holding serve. We did that for the most part. The first set we broke them and they broke us right back. I think we had a little more solid returns for the most part. A couple of games we gave them 40-0 leads. For the most part they would make us play all of our service games because they have really good returns but we were able to hold strong except for getting broken once on our service game. First set ended up going into a tiebreaker and we served well in that tiebreaker. Second set we gave ourselves a couple of games where we had chances to break and we were able to pull through."

On the significance of making the National Championship match...
"It's an incredible feeling. I can't believe it. All the credit to [head coach] Ty Tucker, [associate head coach] Justin Kronauge, and [volunteer assistant coach] David Schilling over these last four years at Ohio State for helping me get better and believing in me. I'm looking forward to the big opportunity tomorrow and the chance to play in the U.S. Open."

Tennessee
Junior Hunter Reese
On Clemson...
"They're kind of a non-traditional doubles team staying back a lot, actually every point. We don't mind playing that. We feel like our doubles system can beat that over the course of a two-set match."

Tennessee Junior Mikelis Libietis
On today's match and their opponent...
"We made some good adjustments on our returns on [Maden's] serve. I think they felt some kind of pressure. The first couple of games they held easy. Then I was like, there's going to be one game where they're going to stress and that's what happened. We stayed really solid. We had our game plan and what we wanted to do.

On facing Ohio State in the National Championship match...
"I'm looking forward to that doubles match. I know they're a good doubles team. They play good doubles, almost the same way we do. They come in [to the net]. I think it's going to be an awesome match. I hope the crowd is going to be here and I'm looking forward to that tomorrow."
