2011-12 (Freshman Season): Chosen to the PING All-Southeast Region Team by the Golf Coaches Association of America. Named to Southeastern Conference All-Freshmen Team by the league's coaches. Finished tied for first in the Linger Longer Invitational, but settled for second after dropping a four-hole sudden-death playoff. Registered four birdies on the four playoff holes, but Alabama's Cory Whitsett eagled the final hole to win. Posted the lowest total at the one-day, three-team Northeast Tri Match. Appeared in 11 of the Bulldogs' 12 tournaments. Earned one of the Bulldogs' spots in the Nationwide Tour's Stadion Classic, shooting rounds of 75-72. Named to the Dean's List for Spring Semester. Named the recipient of the James R. Gabrielsen Scholarship. Amateur/Junior Highlights: Has played in four Nationwide Tour events: the 2008 and 2009 Northeast Pennsylvania Classics, the 2011 Melwood Prince George's County Open and the 2012 Stadion Classic. Won the inaugural Junior Invitational at Sage Valley in 2011. Tied the Sage Valley course record of 10-under-par 62 in the first round. Placed ninth in the 2012 Azalea Invitational. Finished second at the 2011 Palmetto Amateur. Selected as a member of the 2010 East Canon Cup team. Advanced to the semifinals of the 2009 United States Junior Amateur. Chosen as a member of the 2009 Rolex All-America Team. High School: Graduated from Montverde Academy in Florida while also attending the Gary Gilchrist Golf Academy.
