2011-2012 (Sophomore Season): Joined the Bulldogs in January and played in every spring event. Made his Georgia debut with a 19th-place showing in the Puerto Rico Shootout. Came in sixth in the Linger Longer Invitational and seventh in the USF Invitational for his top efforts of the year. 2010-2011 (Freshman Season): Named to the Division I PING All-Midwest Region Team playing for Michigan. Competed in all 14 tournaments for Michigan. Posted six top-20 finishes, including four top 10s and two top 5s. Helped Michigan to the first NCAA regional title in the program's history. Tied for 56th and helped Michigan to a 10th-place team finish at NCAA Championships. Finished the season averaging 74.08 per round, the third-best average for a freshman in Michigan history. Amateur/Junior Highlights: In 2010, won both the Michigan Amateur and the Michigan Junior Amateur titles, the first player ever to win both state amateur titles in the same year. Received AJGA All-America Honorable Mention honors in 2009. Named Golf Association of Michigan Junior Player of the Year in both 2008 and 2009. Made the cut at the 2007 Michigan Open as a 15-year-old, the youngest player in history to do so in the state's most prestigious golf tournament. High School: Graduated from Petoskey. Named to the Michigan Interscholastic Golf Coaches Association Super Team in 2009 and 2010. Claimed medalist honors at the 2010 Michigan state finals.
