2011-12 (Sophomore Season): Competed in the Carpet Capital Collegiate and the Adams Cup in the fall, highlighted by a 32nd-place finish in the Adams Cup. Chosen as the recipient of the Jack and Mary Dinos Scholarship. 2010-11 (Freshman Season): Made his Georgia debut in the Carpet Capital Collegiate, placing 34th. Top finish of the season was a 25th-place effort in the Southern Highlands Collegiate. Amateur/Junior Highlights: Had a top-20 finish in the 2010 Rice Planters Amateur. Came in seventh in the 2009 Verizon Junior Championship. In 2007, had first-place efforts in the Junior All-Star Championship sponsored by Pinehurst and the North-South Junior Championship conducted by the American Junior Golf Association. Named to the 2008 and 2009 North Carolina All-State Junior Teams by the Tarheel Youth Golf Association. Won the 2008 FCWT Bermuda Run Open. High School: Graduated from Green Hope High School, the same school that produced ex-Bulldog and current professional Brendon Todd. Helped Green Hope win state championships in 2007, 2009 and 2010.
