ATHENS -- Junior College defensive lineman Chris Mayes (6-4, 330)
signed a national letter of intent with the University of Georgia Wednesday,
the first day of the junior college signing period.
Mayes, (6-4, 330) is a graduate of Spalding High School, Griffin, Ga. spent
the last two years at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
