ATHENS -- University of Georgia junior linebacker Chase Vasser of Gainesville will undergo left shoulder surgery Tuesday at St. Mary¹s Hospital to repair a torn labrum.

Vasser has been out of action the last three weeks with the injury.

The surgery will end his season; however, he is expected to have a full recovery according to UGA Director of Sports Medicine Ron Courson.
