BIRMINGHAM, Ala. --- Georgia football has six players on the preseason All-Southeastern Conference teams picked by the media at SEC media days this week.

Both junior outside linebacker Jarvis Jones (Columbus) and senior safety Bacarri Rambo (Donalsonville) were included on the First Team defense to highlight the Bulldogs’ selections.

Junior quarterback Aaron Murray (Tampa, Fla.) led the offense on the Second Team while senior receiver Tavarres King (Mount Airy) and junior tackle Kenarious Gates (Grantville) were Third Team selections on offense.

Senior nose John Jenkins (Meriden, Conn.) was also one of 11 players on the Second Team defense.

The Bulldogs were also picked to win the SEC’s Eastern Division while LSU was selected to capture the Western Division crown.
