Northwestern...had 31 receptions for 515 yards and five touchdowns as a senior...named to All-Area and All- Region teams both junior and senior campaigns...named to All-State team senior year...elected to play in Shrine Bowl senior year...helped lead team to state championship his junior year...member of National Honor Society and Fellowship of Christian Athletes...named "Student of the Year" as a senior...High School Coach: Jimmy Wallace.

Duke University:
- played in 11 games as a freshman...caught eight passes for 93 yards and one touchdown for the 3-8 Blue Devils...Duke Head Coach: Carl Franks.

2001 -- Outstanding spring....listed as number two TE at conclusion of spring drills...recipient of Peter and Kay Amann Endowed Football Scholarship...played in every game for the Dogs, including three starts...had four catches for 54 yards in the season opener against Arkansas State and closed the year with a 49-yard touchdown catch in the Houston game...third on team with an average of 17.0 yards-per-reception behind Fred Gibson and Corrie Collier.....played in Music City Bowl vs. Boston College.....

2002 -- Caught three passes for 66 yards in annual spring G-Day game....recipient of spring award as the Best All-Around Offensive Player....listed as number one TE at conclusion of spring drills....recipient of Peter and Kay Amann Endowed Football Scholarship......third leading receiver on Bulldog team with 31 receptions (341 yards).....six catches for 68 yards vs. Kentucky.....member of team that won Georgia's first SEC championship in 20 years, defeated FSU for Nokia Sugar Bowl title, set school record for most victories in a season (13), and finished with a final national ranking of No. 3.....part of offense that finished as the SEC's top scoring offense (32.14) and passing efficiency offense (138.91).....

2003 -- Passed on opportunity to enter NFL draft early electing to remain at UGA for senior season....All-Star candiate expected to be one of the nation's top TE's in '03.... pre-season All-America second team by The Sporting News and Lindy?s, and rated the country?s second best TE by The Sporting News....All-SEC first team by Athlon and Lindy's...following a stellar fall camp and being named offensive team captain for the Clemson game, injured his ankle early in the season opener and was hindered by that setback for most of the rest of the first half of the season.....caught a 3-yard TD with 30 seconds left in the first half against Alabama which put the Dogs up 37-10.....the Bulldogs' leading receiver against Tennessee when he grabbed five receptions for 51 yards.....the Bulldogs' leading receiver versus LSU in the SEC Championship game, hauling in four passes for 86 yards including an 18-yard TD strike from David Greene.....named to All-SEC second team by The Associated Press......part of Georgia team that won 32 games from 2001-03 and ranked among the top five teams nationally in winning percentage during that time....invited to play in the Senior Bowl post-season all-star game....Major: Finance.
