2001 - Missed most of spring drills with broken bone in his foot.....after turning in strong first half of the season, was limited the second half because of a hip flexor/groin injury suffered at Vanderbilt (Oct. 13)....missed outings vs. Kentucky (Oct. 20) and at Ole Miss (Nov. 17) and was limited in games vs. Florida (Oct. 27) vs. Auburn (Nov. 10), and at Georgia Tech (Nov. 24)....finished second on the team in rushing with 548 yards....had phenomenal day in season-opening win vs. Arkansas State (Sept. 1), posting career highs in yards rushing (158), rushing touchdowns (three) and longest career run (49)....gained 76 yards on 22 totes vs. South Carolina (Sept. 8)....rushed for 95 yards on a career-high 25 carries and scored one touchdown vs. Arkansas (Sept. 29)....rushed for 69 yards on nine carries at Vanderbilt (Oct. 13) before being forced to leave the game with a hip flexor injury ....recipient of Hugar and Elizabeth Wilkes Endowed Football Scholarship....did see limited action in 2001 Music City Bowl vs. Boston College....

2002 - Missed spring drills recovering from hip flexor (groin) injury....expected to be full strength by August....listed as number one TB at conclusion of spring drills....recipient of Hugar and Elizabeth Wilkes Endowed Football Scholarship....outstanding season despite broken thumb....leads team in rushing with 237 carries for 1,179 yards and six TD's....his 98.2 yards per game rank second in the SEC....had eight games rushing for more than 100 yards....with his 20 carries for 121 yards vs. Georgia Tech he became the first Bulldog to rush for over 1,000 yards in a season since Garrison Hearst in 1992.....first RB to rush for more than 100 yards against Alabama this season (21x125, 1 TD).....gained 248 yards on 59 carries in two-games stretch vs. Florida an Ole Miss inlcuding 148 yards on career-high 37 carries vs. the Rebels... rushed 19 times for 106 yards and two TD's in SEC Championship Game victory over Arkansas....named winner of Miller-Digby Award as game's most valuable player for performance in Georgia's 26-13 victory over FSU in Nokia Sugar Bowl (23x145 yards)....member of team that won Georgia's first SEC championship in 20 years, defeated FSU for Nokia Sugar Bowl title, set school record for most victories in a season (13), and finished with a final national ranking of No. 3.....part of offense that finished as the SEC's top scoring offense (32.14) and passing efficiency offense (138.91).....All-SEC first team by The Associated Press and The Atlanta Journal and second team All-SEC by the SEC Coaches...decided to enter the NFL draft and forego his final season of eligibility.....Major: Sports Studies.

Drafted in the 3rd round of the 2003 NFL Draft by the Baltimore Ravens. Musa was the 77th overall pick.
