2001 -- Missed spring drills due to hand injury suffered in off-the-field accident....listed as number one TG at conclusion of spring drills....recipient of Leon Farmer Athletic Endowed Football Scholarship....Sporting News pre-season All-SEC...started all but one game this season at split guard, including Georgia's 31-17 win over Georgia Tech in the season finale...recorded 16 "dominator blocks" during the season.....tied with Jon Stinchcomb for the most starts by any active Bulldog (33).

2002 -- Missed spring drills due to surgery on hand....listed as number one TG at conclusion of spring drills....recipient of Leon Farmer Athletic Scholarship....Birmingham News pre-season All-SEC first team... ..selected pre-season second team All-SEC by sportswriters at SEC Football Media Days....member of team that won Georgia's first SEC championship in 20 years, defeated FSU for Nokia Sugar Bowl title, set school record for most victories in a season (13), and finished with a national ranking of No. 3......member of offensive line that paved way for the SEC's top scoring offense (32.14) and passing efficiency offense (138.91)......led team in career starts with 47 which set UGA record for non-kickers....All-SEC second team by the SEC Coaches and the Associated Press.....selected to play in East-West Shrine Bowl post-season all-star game....Major: Marketing.
