Originally a walk-on member of the Georgia program...Has been on an athletic grant-in-aid, however, since the 2010-11 season...An excellent student and valuable backup point guard for the Bulldogs...Older brother Mike served the UGA program in a similar capacity in the 2003-04 seasons...Named to the UGA Student-Athlete Advisory Council for the 2012 academic year.
2010-11 Season
Played in nine games for the Bulldogs.
Most meaningful action came in a 6-minute stint against High Point.
Also played against Notre Dame, Temple, Charleston Southern, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, South Carolina, LSU and Auburn.
Scored his first collegiate field goal on an old-fashioned 3-point play against LSU.
Named to the 2011 SEC Winter Academic Honor Roll.
2009-10 Season
Appeared in three games: UNC-Asheville, Pepperdine and Florida Atlantic.
Named to the 2010 SEC Winter Academic Honor Roll.
Also featured prominently on teammate Connor Nolte's blog, Passer's Remorse, as a successful trick-shot artist.
2008-09 Season
Made the team through open tryouts during October of 2008.
Appeared in four games during the season: Miss. Valley State, Kennesaw State, Ole Miss and Mississippi State (SEC Tournament).
Credited with an assist in the season finale in Tampa.
Named to the Southeastern Conference Freshman Academic Honor Roll.
Also named to the UGA Director's Honor Roll both semesters last year.
High School
Averaged 13 points and seven assists per game as a senior at Pope in 2007-08.
Shot 45 percent from the field and 80 percent from the line that season, with single-game highs of 30 points and 12 assists.
Also played soccer for the Greyhounds.
