UGA Career (2012-16): A two-way contributor during his career, he focused on pitching as a senior in 2016...Went 4-7 with 1 Save and a 4.52 ERA in 38 career appearances including 11 starts on the mound...A .224 batting average with two doubles, one triple and 11 RBI in 53 games as a position player with 25 starts as a hitter from 2012-14.

2016 (RS-Senior): Posted a 4-5 record, 1 Save and team-best 3.68 ERA in 19 appearances including 11 starts as team went 27-30 and advanced to the SEC Tournament
*Led the SEC in Lowest Opponent's Batting Average at .174 (only 43 hits in 71 IP)
*Versatile pitcher who was on the mound in key Georgia victories including as a reliever at No. 2 Florida and to clinch a spot in the SEC Tournament against Tennessee and as a starter against No. 7 Ole Miss and No. 25 Georgia Tech
*Clinched Missouri series in Columbia with a 5-2 win (7IP, 4H, 2R, 9K)
*Excelled in beating No. 7 Ole Miss on May 8 to avoid Rebel sweep, tossed seven innings and allowed just one run with seven strikeouts including carryinng a no-hitter to the sixth inning
*Started on a staff night versus No. 25 Ga. Tech and tallied four scoreless innings with six strikeouts

2014 (Junior):
Utility player who made starts at first base, the outfield and pitched in relief as team went 26-29-1 and advanced to the SEC Tournament

*Appeared in 33 games with 15 starts (8-1B, 6-RF, 1-LF) plus made 7 relief appearances and did not allow a run in five of them

*Batted .190 with one double, one triple and eight RBI and went 0-1 with a 2.25 ERA in eight innings pitched

*Went 2-for-3, with a double and first career triple in 4-3 victory over North Florida on March 8

*Collected two RBI in March 12 win over Western Kentucky

*Pitched a scoreless inning against Western Kentucky on March 11

*Tossed two scoreless innings at Ga. Tech on April 15

*Registered career-high three strikeouts in 1.2 scoreless innings of a series-clinching win over #7 South Carolina on May 4

*Pitched at Turner Field in front of 21,310 on May 13 in 2-0 loss to Ga. Tech

2013 (Sophomore): Two-way contributor who saw action in 12 games a pitcher and nine games as a hitter as team went 21-32

*Batted .211 with one RBI and five runs scored in 23 plate appearances with seven starts in the outfield (6-RF, 1-LF)

*Made 12 relief appearances, going 0-1 with a 10.66 ERA in 12.2 innings pitched with seven walks and six strikeouts

*Pitched a career-high two scoreless innings versus Alabama on March 22 and against Clemson on March 26

*Struck out a career-high three in two innings but allowed five runs versus second-ranked Vanderbilt on April 20

*Made first career outfield start at Auburn on April 13, went 0-for-1 with two walks and two runs scored in a 7-1 victory

*Started in right field and played two innings at Turner Field on April 23 in rout of Georgia Tech 17-0 in front of a crowd of 18,240

*Batted .333 (3-9) in the series at #15 South Carolina including going 2-for-4 with a double and RBI in a start on May 12

2012 (Freshman):Appeared in 11 games with three starts as a DH and batted .375 with two RBI in 16 at bats

*Notched RBI-single in first career at bat coming against Presbyterian on Feb. 19

*Career-high three hit game with three runs scored versus Alcorn State on March 14

*Batted .479 (3-7) as a pinch-hitter and hit .500 (3-6) with runners in scoring position

*Did not register any fielding chances during the season, seeing action as a pinch-hitter or designated hitter but did practice as third baseman and pitcher

High School: A 50th round pick of the Colorado Rockies in the 2011 MLB draft

*An Honor graduate of Loganville where he played for Jeff Segars

*Batted .287 with nine home runs and 30 RBI as a senior hitter/closer in leading the Red Devils to a 29-5-1 record, a region title in 8-AAAA and the Final Four of the state playoffs

*Named All-Region as a hitter and pitcher in 2011

*Earned letters in baseball, football and basketball and received the scholar-athlete award

*Named second team All-Region honors as a junior in helping the Red Devils to a 25-6 record and a region title, finishing No. 6 in AAAA
