2011: Indoor & Outdoor -Redshirted for Georgia.
College of Charleston: Set the 8k cross country record and was named the Most Valuable Runner for 2008-09 and 2009-10.

High School: Set the 5k record as a senior...Named the Most Valuable Runner in cross country and the Most Valuable Distance Runner in track...Also played basketball and baseball at St. Pius and swam.

Personal: Born June 23, 1989...Son of Steve and Teresann Sprague...Father, Steve, ran cross country at Northwest Missouri State...Majoring in Biology.
