2011: Cross Country - Finished third during the 8k Georgia Invitational after clocking a 25:03.74...Scored for the Bulldogs at the Notre Dame Invitational after taking 67th (25:10)...Earned SEC Runner of the Week honors after leading the Bulldogs at the Wisconsin Invitational with a career-best time of 24:23.4 for 37th place to be the top conference finisher...Broke into the top 10 at the SEC Championships by taking 10th with a 24:33.46...Named to All-Region team after taking 16th (31:42.1) at the NCAA South Regionals...Scored at the NCAA Championships after crossing the 10k finish line in 31:51.5 for 206th place.

2010: Cross Country - Made his collegiate debut and finished 10th (25:59.77) at the UGA-GT Dual Meet...Was the Bulldogs' top finisher at the Greater Louisville Classic after finishing 44th with a time of 24:38.65...Finished fifth for UGA and 167th overall at the NCAA Pre-Nationals to score with a time of 25:41.1...Scored for the Bulldogs and was named to the All-SEC Freshmen Team at his first SEC Championships after taking 38th (25:34.46).

High School: Named to both the 2009 Foot Locker Cross Country All-American and All-South teams as a senior...Captured three individual state titles as a senior in cross country, the 3200-meter run and the 1600...Member of 2009 US Junior Men Mountain Running Team that finished fourth at the World Championships, which was the highest-ever placing for a junior male...Ranked in the top five in the nation in both the 1600 and the 3200...Helped lead Baylor to state team titles in cross country as a sophomore and junior and a runner-up finish in track as a sophomore...Personal-best times of 1:58 in the 800, 4:09.69 in the 1600, 8:55.42 in the 3200 and 14:51 in the cross country 5k...Named Baylor Athlete of the Year (2009-10) and earned Special Recognition by the Baylor faculty during that same span...Also swam in high school, where Baylor won three straight state team titles from his freshman to his junior year and two national championships...Member of National Honor Society.
