2004: Outdoor- Qualified for hammer throw finals at NCAA Championships with career-best mark of 207-10...ended ninth overall with finals heave of 203-2...automatically qualified for NCAA Championships in both hammer throw and javelin at NCAA Regionals... placed fourth in javelin with throw of 150-9 and fifth in hammer (206-6), claiming final qualifying position...earned silver medal honors in javelin at SEC Championships...at Clemson Relays, won the discus competition (144-6), placed second in the javelin (137-5) and finished third in the shot put (44-7 1/2) and hammer throw (186-8)...at Florida Relays, placed fifth in the invitational hammer throw (206-0) and sixth in the shot put with seasonal best and NCAA qualifying mark of 50-8, ranking third on the all-time UGA list...at Yellow Jacket Invitational, placed second in the javelin with seasonal best mark of 152-10, ranking fourth on the all-time UGA list, fourth in the hammer throw (194-6) and shot put (47-5 3/4) and sixth in the discus (147-4)...placed third in the hammer throw (202-6) and fourth in shot put (46-11 1/2) at Spec Towns Invitational...posted distance of 205-1 in hammer throw at Mt. SAC Relays and placed sixth in the shot put (46-4 3/4) and fourth in the hammer (206-8) at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational...won javelin at the Georgia Invitational (141-7), placed third in the hammer throw (201-9) and fourth in the shot put (47-5). Indoor- Broke into the Georgia all-time Top 10 in first collegiate competition at the Clemson Invitational, placing sixth in the weight throw with a distance of 58-0 1/2 and finishing sixth in the shot put with a throw of 47-3 1/2...Placed seventh in the weight throw (60-10 3/4) at the Gator Invitational and eighth at the Husker Invitational with an NCAA provisional qualifying and career-best mark 61-1 1/2 to rank third on the all-time UGA list...finished third in the weight throw (60-2 1/2) and seventh in the shot put with a then personal best 48-7 1/4, which ranks sixth on the UGA list, at the Virginia Tech Challenge...used career-best throw of 48-10 1/4 in the shot put at the SEC Championships to finish 10th.
High School: Threw in the shot put, discus, hammer and javelin all four years at Perth and District Collegiate Institute...was awarded "Athlete of the Year" honors on several occasions as well as an Honor Letter recipient...was the top-ranked junior in the hammer and shot put in Canada...holds the Canadian high school record in the shot at 49-4 and is a 10-time provincial high school champion in the shot put, discus and javelin...also a three-time National Legioin Juvenile champion and record holder in the shot put and discus...at the 2003 Canadian Junior Championships in Saskatoon, Manitoba, set a new meet record in the hammer at 182-7, placing first in the shot put and second in the discus...at the Pan Am Junior Championships in Bridgetwon, Barbados, placed fourth and sixth in the hammer and shot put, respectively...also is a four-time Canadian Junior Champion in the shot put and and is the two-time Canadian Junior Champion and meet record holder in the hammer throw with a distance of 202-0.
