2012: Outdoor Track & Field - Finished 24th at his first NCAA East Prelims after reaching a distance of 168 feet, 8 inches in the discus...Finished 14th at his first SEC Championships in the discus...Was 20th at the Triton Invitational with a top throw of 166-11...Finished third in the discus at the Yellow Jacket Invite with a toss of 169-7 just hours after he competed in a football scrimmage in Athens...Made his Bulldog debut and finished second in the discus with a mark of 170-3.

2011: Football - Played in six games for the Bulldogs at outside linebacker, recording eight tackles including 2.5 tackles for loss...Recovered a fumble in his true freshman season as well.

High School: Won the 2011 GHSA AAAA state title in the discus with a mark of 183 feet, 7 inches...Registered career-best marks in both the discus (201-2, which finished as the nation's seventh-longest prep throw and only three feet away from the state record owned by former Bulldog football player Hiawatha Berry) and in the shot put (54-8.50) to sweep both events at the 2011 Region 1-AAAA meet...Captured his region discus title by 55 feet...Took fourth in the discus (171-10) at the 2010 state meet...Won the discus at the Georgia Olympics and was fourth in the shot put with an effort of 53-11.50....Finished first in the discus at the Chiles Capital City Championships after reaching a mark of 195-11.75...In football, named to the USA Today All-USA First Team defense and Parade All-America team...Atlanta Journal-Constitution Super 11 selection and played on the Army All-America East team.
