2016: Outdoor - Ran an 8:55.98 to finish fifth in the 3000-meter run at the Georgia Relays...Took 38th in the 5000m (15:20.31) at the Florida Relays. Indoor - Clocked a 8:44.02 in the 3,000m run for 13th at the Razorback Invite...Placed third in the Samford Invite with a time of 8:33.31 in the 3,000m. 2015: Cross Country - Started his season with a sixth-place finish to score at the 5k Strut's Season Opener with a 15:18.10...Scored for the Bulldogs at the 8k Coast-To-Coast Battle in Beantown meet after running a 24:49.1 for 42nd place...Was the fourth Georgia runner across the line after taking 207th at the 8k NCAA Pre-Nationals with a 24:59.1...Finished 70th after running a 25:14.4 at the 8k SEC Championships...Scored for the Bulldogs after taking 44th (32:08.58) at the 10k NCAA South Regionals. Indoor & Outdoor- Did not compete for the Bulldogs. 2014: Cross Country- Finished third overall and was the second Bulldog finisher at the 8K Georgia Cross Country Invitational after crossing the finish line in 26:09.40 for the second top-10 finish of his career... Scored for the Bulldogs with a time of 25:48.78 after finishing 27th overall at the 8K Furman Invitational... Posted his best time for the season after finishing 61st with a time of 25:09.35 at the 8K Greater Louisville Classic... Was 187th to score at the 8K Wisconsin Invite after clocking a 25:16... Earned a time of 25:51.74 and finished third for the Bulldogs (52nd overall) at the 8K SEC Championships... Ran his first collegiate 10K in 31:31.60 and placed 40th overall at the 10K NCAA South Regionals. 2014: Outdoor - Did not compete. 2014: Indoor - Finished third in the 3000-meter run after finishing in 8:18.21 at the Vanderbilt Invite...Was ninth in the mile (4:10.72) at the VT Elite Meet...Finished 14th in the 5000 after running a 14:00.60 at the Husky Classic...Ran a 14:13.18 to take fifth in the 5000 at the SEC Championships. 2013: Cross Country - Took 10th at the 8k Georgia Cross Country Invitational after registering a time of 26:37.14...Scored for the Bulldogs after taking 23rd at the 8k Furman Classic with a time of 24:46.10...Was 169th at the 8k Roy Griak Invitational...Was 230th (25:19) at the 8k Wisconsin Invitational...Took 82nd at the SEC Championships after completing the course in 26:11.56.

High School: Helped lead Brookwood to the 2009, 2010 and 2011 GHSA AAAAA state cross country titles and to the 2010 and 2012 state track championships...Took second overall at the 2011 state cross country meet...Worked with his team to win the 2010 Nike Southeast Regionals and qualify for the Nike Cross Country Nationals...Personal-best times of 15:36.30 (5k), 9:23.89 (3200 meters), 4:19.02 (mile) and 4:17.52 (1600)...Named to the 2009 Team Georgia and to the 2010 Milesplit US Second Team - Cross Country (National Silver Standard as a junior)...Part of 4x1600 team that clocked the nation's best high school time in 2011...Finished fourth individually at the 2010 state cross country meet...Earned Most Valuable Junior honors before being named the Most Valuable Overall as a senior in cross country...Ranked 55th in 800-person graduating class with a 3.94 GPA...Named his team's Scholar Athlete from 2008 to 2012...Was a four-year Scholar Athlete and Academic Letterman while also volunteering in the Peer Leadership program as a junior and senior...Lettered in cross country all four years and in track for three seasons...Also played on the baseball and swim teams as a freshman.

Malanoski Jr., played basketball and baseball at Upsula, was then a pitcher in the Philadelphia Phillies organization and scored a hole-in-one on the Jennings Mill Golf Course at age 87...Grandfather, Thomas K. Lamb Jr., played football and run hurdles at the University of the South...Majoring in Marketing and Management.
