2012: Outdoor - Won the University of Toledo Summer Series with a career-best throw of 225 feet, 7 inches following his NCAA meet..Finished one spot out of scoring at the NCAA Championships after taking ninth in the hammer throw with a third throw of 209 feet, 4 inches for a Second Team All-America certificate...Posted the second-longest mark of his season (216-5) to take fourth at the NCAA East Prelims, clinching his spot at the national finals...Earned runner-up honors in the hammer throw for the second year in a row at the SEC Championships thanks to a season-best throw of 218-11...Also finished seventh in the discus with a season-best throw of 170-4 at the SEC meet...Launched a season-best throw of 212-2 to be the top collegiate finisher (second overall) in the hammer at the Triton Invitational...Had a season-best effort of 206-10 to earn the top collegiate honor at the Spec Towns Invite...Improved to a season-best mark of 203-7 for eighth place in the hammer at the Florida Relays...Posted the top collegiate finish in the hammer throw at the Georgia Relays.

2011: Outdoor - Competed at the USA Championships and finished 17th...Suffered two fouls to close the competition at the NCAA Championships, finishing 22nd...Advanced to his first NCAA Championships by taking fifth in the hammer (215 feet, 6 inches) at the NCAA East Prelims...Finished second by just a foot in the hammer at the SEC Championships with the second-best performance (224-2) of his career...Also took sixth in the discus at SECs...Won the Drake Relays with a personal-best hammer throw of 225-2...Finished first in the hammer (218-8) and second in the discus (173-10) at the Georgia-Missouri dual meet...Won both the hammer and the discus for the second consecutive week at the ASU Invite after launching a personal-best mark of 222-4 in the hammer and 182-8 in the discus...Named the SEC Field Athlete of the Week after sweeping the hammer (219-1) and the discus (171-1) at the Georgia Intercollegiate Invitational.

2011: Indoor - Won the VT Final Qualifier with a personal-best toss of 67 feet, 4 ¾ inches on his fifth attempt in the weight throw to break into the Bulldogs' all-time top-10 list...Was named an All-SEC Freshman performer after finishing fourth in the weight throw with a personal-best throw of 66-5.25 at the SEC Indoor Championships...Earned runner-up honors in the weight throw at the Tiger Paw Invite with a top effort of 65-2...Hit a career-best mark (65-3.50) for the second straight week to take third at the Big 12 vs. SEC Challenge.
