2005: Cross Country - Notched a fifth-place finish in the SEC Cross Country Championships with a time of 23:16.71, which gave him first-team All-SEC honors and helped Georgia finish sixth...recorded the third-fastest 8K time (24:00.00) in the SEC during the 2005 season at the NCAA Pre-Nationals in Terre Haute, Ind....led Georgia to a third-place finish in the Clemson Invitational after finishing second with a time of 25:03...his finish at the Pre-Nationals gave him 10th overall and enabled the Bulldogs to finish 21st in the meet. Indoor - Placed seventh in the 3,000 at the SEC Championships with a career-best mark of 8:12.10, which is also the third fastest time in school history...won the Virginia Tech Challenge (8:13.77)...notched the school's second fastest 5,000 time (14:10.44) while placing sixth at the SEC Championships...won the Collegiate Invitational with a mark of 14:15.55. Outdoor - Clocked the 10th-fastest time in school history (as well as a career-best - 3:49.14) in the 1,500 as he took fifth place in the SEC Championships...placed seventh in the NCAA Regional in the 5,000 with a time of 14:01.16, which shot him to third on the school's all-time 5,000 list...won the Yellow Jacket Invitational in the 5,000 with a mark of 14:17.75...placed seventh in the SEC Championship's 5,000 (14:12.66).
2004: Outdoor - At SEC Championships, finished ninth in 5,000 meters, clocking career-best time of 14:29.80...placed eighth in the 1,500 meters in seasonal best time of 3:50.05 at the Yellow Jacket Invitational...clocked then season's best time 14:39.51 in the 5,000 at the Mt. SAC Relays...placed third in the 1,500 (3:51.73) and fourth in the 5,000 (14:45.06) at the Georgia Invitational. Indoor - Did not compete, but was one of six junior qualifiers for the World Cross Country Championships in Brussells, Belgium, after qualifying at the USA CC junior championships.
High School: Colorado 2002 high school cross country state champion...set high school course record en route to state championship...two-time AAAAA state champion in the mile run...also 2002 state runner up in the two-mile.
