2014: Outdoor - Worked up to a fifth throw of 189 feet to finish third in the hammer throw at the Baldy Castillo Invitational...Also finished sixth in the discus after her second throw traveled 154-5 in Arizona...Was fourth in the hammer after her fourth throw measured 184-8 at the Spec Towns Invite...Launched a personal-best hammer throw of 193-3, which set the Canadian Junior record, for third-place honors and had a career-long discus toss of 161-3 for 16th at the Mt. SAC Relays...Later named SEC Freshman of the Week...Took sixth in the hammer at Drake with a mark of 184-1...Was fourth in the discus at the Georgia Invite thanks to a toss of 161-2...Scored a point with an eighth-place finish with a 159-8 in the discus and was 10th in the hammer (172-4) at the SEC Championships.

2014: Indoor - Competed at her first SEC Championships and finished fifth after registering a throw of 64-11...Finished fourth in the weight throw with a season-best attempt of 65 feet, 7 inches at the Cherry & Silver Invite...Was third in the weight thanks to a throw of 61-4 at the Texas A&M Invite.

High School: Set Canadian high school record in the discus at 160 feet, 8 inches at the Fraser Valley Invitational and in the 3kg hammer throw at 198-2...Held No. 2 ranking in World Youth Rankings...Competed at the 2012 World Junior Championships in Barcelona and at the 2011 Commonwealth Youth Games in the Isle of Man...Captured gold medals in all three of her throwing events (one in the hammer, two in the discus and two in the shot put) at the British Columbia High School Championships over the course of her career...Her discus championship in 2013 broke a 42-year-old record in the event...Won two hammer titles and three discus titles at the Canadian Junior Championships, Youth Championships and Junior Nationals...Personal-best marks of 191-1 in the hammer, 167-3 in the discus, 59-9 in the weight and 40-2.75 in the shot put...Chosen to be Canada's flag bearer at the IV Commonwealth Youth Games...Helped lead Little Flower Academy to the 2013 B.C.
