ATHENS, Ga. --- Matias Koski of the Georgia swimming team has been named the Southeastern Conference Male Freshman of the Week, according to an announcement Tuesday by the league office.

Koski helped lift the Bulldogs to a 151-147 victory over Missouri last Friday at Gabrielsen Natatorium. The relay went on to post a time of 2:58.70 to win by more than two seconds and lift Georgia past the Tigers.
