• Graduated from Brookwood and was coached by Greg Puckett.
• Was a member of three consecutive state championship teams.
• Swam for multiple state champion relay squads.
• Competed for Swim Atlanta and was coached by Chris Davis.
• Twice named to the USA Swimming Scholastic All-America Team.
• Won the 2011 state titles in the 1,500 freestyle and the 400 individual medley.
