2008-2009 (Freshman Season)
• Named to the Fall Athletic Director's Honor Roll.
• Recorded career-best times in the 100 and 200 freestyle at the Bulldog Invitational.
High School
• Graduated from Brookwood High School.
• Coached by Chris Davis at Swim Atlanta.
• Set the school records in the 100 and 200 freestyle and the 200 and 400 freestyle relays.
• Was an individual Georgia state champion in 2008 in the 100 and 200 freestyle and received All-America honors.
• Helped the 200 and 400 free relays win the Georgia state championship in 2008 and earned All-America honors.
• Led Brookwood to its first state title in swimming.
• Chosen as the 2008 Swimmer of the Year by the Gwinnett Daily Post.
