• Holds the school records in the 1,000 freestyle and the 1,650 freestyle and the third-best time in the 500 freestyle in school history.
2012-2013:
• Named the recipient of the Damon Evans Swimming Scholarship.
2011-2012:
• Won the 500 and 1,650 freestyle titles at the NCAA Championships.
• Set the U.S. Open, NCAA Championships and school records in the 1,650 freestyle with a time of 14:24.08.
• Competed on the 800 freestyle relay at the NCAAs.
• Claimed the 500 and 1,650 freestyle titles at the SEC Championships.
• Won the 1,650 freestyle for the third straight year and gave the Bulldogs eight consecutive victories in the event.
• Came in eighth in the 400 individual medley at the SECs.
• Named First-Team All-SEC.
2010-2011:
• Took second in the 1,650 freestyle and 10th in the 500 freestyle at the NCAAs.
• Won the 1,650 freestyle and came in second in the 500 freestyle and seventh in the 400 individual medley at the SECs.
• Named First-Team All-SEC.
2009-2010:
• Took second in the 1,650 freestyle and 12th in the 500 freestyle at the NCAAs.
• Competed in the 400 individual medley in the NCAAs.
• Chosen as the SEC Freshman Swimmer of the Year and named First-Team All-SEC and to the All-Freshmen Team.
• Won the conference 1,650 freestyle title and came in fifth in the 500 freestyle and ninth in the 400 individual medley.
High School:
• Graduated from The Baylor School, where he swam for Dan Flack.
• Named a High School All-American in five events.
• Won the state championship in the 500 freestyle.
• Was a Junior Nationals champion in the 500 and 1,650 freestyle and came in second in the 400 individual medley.
• Earned multiple Junior Nationals titles in Germany.
• Set the German age group record in the 800m freestyle.
• Was the German Senior Nationals champion in the 1,500m freestyle.
