• Placed 14th in the 100 freestyle and 16th in the 200 freestyle at the SECs.
• Named to the 2011 Spring Athletic Director's Honor Roll.
• Recognized by the UGA Athletic Association as an Academic Roundtable honoree.
• Named to the 2010-11 Winter SEC Academic Honor Roll.
2009-2010:
• Helped the 400 freestyle relay set the school record at the NCAA Championships.
• Swam on three relays and competed in the 50 and 200 freestyle races at the NCAAs.
• Came in 15th in the 200 freestyle at the Southeastern Conference Championships.
• Named to the Winter SEC Academic Honor Roll.
• Named to the Fall 2009 Athletic Director's Honor Roll
2008-2009:
• Competed in the 50, 100 and 200 freestyle at the SECs.
• Anchored Georgia's fifth-place 200 freestyle relay team at the SECs.
2007-2008:
• Set five of his then-personal bests in the UGA Fall Invitational and the Bulldog Last Chance Invitational.
High School:
• Graduated from Anderson High School.
• Was the 2007 regional champion in the 200 freestyle.
• Finished third as a member of the 200 freestyle relay at the state meet.
• Was on the All-State Team in the 100 backstroke, the 200 freestyle and the 200 freestyle relay.
• Was an All-American for his efforts on the 200 freestyle relay.
• Was chosen as a Scholastic All-American.
• Qualified for the Junior Nationals.
• Swam under former Georgia swimmer Tim O'Brien for Nitro Swimming.
