Scott Hallberg currently serves as the Director of Business Operations. In his current position, Hallberg monitors the day-to-day business operations, budgeting, and oversees risk management & insurance. He also coordinates football travel and is responsible for bowl game administration.
Prior to joining the business office in 2011, Hallberg served as Assistant Director of Event Management from 2005-2011. He was responsible for directing the event operations for men’s & women’s basketball, track & field, and cross country. Hallberg was chosen as the recipient of the Athletic Association’s Dewey Dean Employee of the Year award in 2011-2012.
A native of Marietta, Georgia, Hallberg received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
