2008-09 Season
• Occasionally showed flashes of his brilliant athleticism on the court.
• Scored his career high of 23 points in season’s second game, a neutral-court loss to Loyola-Chicago.
• Hit for double figures four other times, including a 19-point effort against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.
• Likely the team’s best-rebounding backcourt player.  Thirty-nine percent of his boards were offensive, the highest percentage of any Georgia guard.
• Started four holiday games in place of injured senior Terrance Woodbury.
• Missed the last five games in order to concentrate on his academic work.
• Had created a valuable niche for himself during early-season play.  Playing time, however, diminished in the SEC season’s latter half.

High School
• Named the Class AAAA Player of the Year by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution in 2008.
• Averaged 21.3 points and 9.0 rebounds and four assists per game last season for Columbia, which won the 2008 Georgia state 4A title, its second in three years.
• Also was named the AJC’s Slam Dunk champion for the 2007-08 season.
• Rated the 18th-best small forward prospect in the nation, according to online recruiting service Rivals.com
• Ranked as the 117th overall prospect by the same service.
• Averaged 15.3 points and 8.0 rebounds as a junior, 11.0 points as a sophomore on the ‘06 state titlist team at Columbia.
