2009 (Senior Season): • Enters the NCAA Championship nationally ranked 10th on bars and 20th on vault. • Established season highs of 9.925 on vault and 9.95 on bars and matched her season high of 9.9 on beam against Michigan. • Set season highs of 9.925 on floor and 39.575 in the all-around against Florida. • Competed as an all-arounder in nine of Georgia’s meets. • Has an avulsion fracture in her right foot that likely will require surgery once the season is over. • Missed the North Carolina State meet to rest the ailing foot. • Sat out the UCLA meet due to illness. • Named to the Fall Semester Athletic Director’s Honor Roll. 2008 (Junior Season): • Earned four more First-Team All-America honors on bars, beam, floor and the all-around for a total of 12 career awards. • Finished tied for third in the NCAA all-around, marking the third straight year of finishing in the top four. • Took fourth on floor, seventh on beam and 14th on bars at the individual event finals. • Named First-Team All-SEC, the third straight year being recognized. • Claimed the SEC bars title, joining 12 others in league history with the top score of 9.95. • Matched the career high on bars at the SECs. • Won the all-around title at the NCAA Regional with a career-high 39.675 behind four scores of 9.900 or better. • Won her second straight regional vault title and shared for the floor title as well. • Competed the all-around against Kentucky for the first time since the Florida meet, matching a then-season-high 39.525. • Won a share of the bars title for the first time of her career against UCLA. • Bettered her personal best on bars against Iowa State with a 9.950. • Scored five straight 9.900s or better on bars leading into the NCAA Championship and added another at the NCAA Prelims on the first day of competition. • Named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll. 2007 (Sophomore Season): • Chosen as a First-Team All-American on vault, floor and all-around. • Named Second-team All-American on bars. • Matched her finish from her freshman season by placing fourth in the NCAA all-around competition. • Was the NCAA North Central Regional vault champion. • Had three scores at of 9.9 at the SEC Championship, including a second-place finish on bars and balance beam. • Named to the All-SEC Team. • Ended the regular season as the nation’s fourth-ranked gymnast in the all-around and was fifth on floor, eighth on vault and ninth on beam. • Posted 9.95 scores on beam and floor against Alabama for career highs and matched the floor score against UCLA. • Her 39.45 in an all-around victory at Arkansas included 9.925s on floor and vault. • Named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll. 2006 (Freshman Season): • Chosen as a First-Team All-American on vault, beam and the all-around. • Joined Courtney Kupets as the seventh and eighth Gym Dogs to earn multiple First-Team All-America honors as freshmen. • Named a Second-Team All-American on bars. • At the NCAA Championship, had all-around figures of 39.475 in the prelims and 39.45 in the Super Six. • In the Super Six, the 9.95 on vault was the final event of the night for Georgia. • Tied for the floor title at the Regional with a 9.9. • Named to the All-SEC Team with a 39.4 in the all-around at Georgia’s win. • Sparked Georgia’s beam lineup in the last three meets with scores at and above 9.85. • Scored a 9.9 in the NCAA prelims and a 9.85 in the Super Six on beam. • Ranked seventh nationally in the vault rankings at the end of the regular season and scored at least a 9.9 on that event in eight meets. • Established a career high on vault with a 9.975 against LSU. • Competed in three events at the Cancun Classic, pacing Georgia on vault and beam. Club/International: • Trained at Texas Dreams under Kim Zmeskal-Burdette and Chris Burdette. • Earned the all-around victory three straight years at the Level 10 Women’s JO National Championships. • In 2005, placed first on bars, beam and floor with an all-around score of 38.975, besting the field by more than half a point. • Came in first in all-around and beam, second on bars and floor, and fourth on vault at the 2004 Level 10 JO Nationals. • Named the Texas USA Gymnast of the Year and MSO National Gymnast of the Year. • Finished first on beam, second on floor and third on bars in 2003. • Won a Texas state championship and Level 10 region title in the all-around.
