| Joe Cox Football * Senior * 6-1 Charlotte, North Carolina Georgia senior quarterback, Joe Cox, led the 21st ranked Bulldogs to a 52-41 road win over Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas, this past Saturday. Cox completed 18-of-25 passes for a career-high 375 yards and tied a school record with five(5) touchdown passes. Cox connected on scoring plays of 21, 25, 50, 44 and 28 yards as the Bulldogs improved to 2-0 in the SEC and 2-1 overall. For his efforts against the Razorbacks, Cox was named the Walter Camp Football Foundation National Offensive Player of the Week. |
